Anglo Concertina C/G Tabulature

This plugin adds Anglo concertina tablature (fingering) diagrams. The key layout is based on my McNeela Phoenix 30 key C/G - it was supposed to be a Jeffries layout, but I think it's not. If your layout is different than mine, you should modify the buttonPush and buttonPull arrays in the plugin source code and set the correct key positions for accidentals.

The key naming is as follows:
1-5 - C Row, left hand
6-10 - G row, left hand
1a-5a - accidentals, left hand
1.-5. - C Row, right hand
6.-10. - G row, right hand
1b-5b - right hand accidentals
No underscore - push; Underscore - pull
