Download/Print scores after purchased

Hello,

I'd purchased the One Summer's Day (Spirited Away) – Joe Hisaishi (Torby Brand) for $2.49 on 6/16/2025. It was charged; however, when I tried to download/Print it doesn't let me. Can someone help me get it printed.
