Swing 16th notes switch doesn't work
I was trying to transcribe a song, but the swing switch for 16th notes don't work. I tried saving the project and re-opening it, but it keeps swinging the 8th notes instead.

What’s the time signature of the piece? I don’t know if it matters in MSS, but in Finale, sixteenths wouldn’t swing unless you had a TS of x/8. If it was x/4, it would only swing eighths. Just a WAG.

It's in 4/4. I figured out how to get past it though, I just made a new score and the issue was fixed.

MuseScore doesn't do swing that way. Instead, in the Swing Settings screen, you select whether you want eighths or sixteenths to swing.
Right-click on the "Swing" System Text and click System text properties from the context menu that appears. You can set the "Swing ratio" and whether eighth notes or sixteenth notes (or none!) are swung.
