There are times MSS is slow when opening and closing
A few times I experienced sloweness (even freezes) when opening the app from scratch and closing it. This morning it was the second time in months. The first time it was so bad I opened a Github issue, https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/26175#issue-2800188898. The team suggested a server issue. I don't know, has anyone ever experienced this?

What does "opening the app from scratch" mean. Have you tried a reset. I don't think a server is involved. Just now I turned off the internet and MU4 started just fine.

Check the GitHub discussion. It went over my head but suggests that a server might be involved.

"from scratch" just means "open the app after you closed it". I didn't need a reset because after 12 hours it was working good again.
