Re-pitch in 4.5.2

Is re-pitch still available in 4.5.2?

It seems like there are now two input options ("input by note name", "input by duration").

"Input by duration" appears to be the same as it used to be.

"Input by note name", however, seems to function equivalently to the former default input mode, where typing a note name would input a note with the selected duration value. What I'm looking for is "input by note name" that does not change the rhythm of the selected note.

Is that still possible in 4.5.2? That is a crucial part of my workflow (transcribing hymnary). I normally input all durations, then in a second pass re-pitch them all. For both passes I can keep my eyes on the paper copy and touch-type, which is much faster than doing both in a single pass moving my eyes from paper to screen every note or two.

Thanks!

Ah I found it, the keyboard shortcut cmd+shift+i will put you into re-pitch mode, indicated by both input buttons (name and duration) becoming unselected.

Phew, I was worried I was going to have to get used to transcribing 50% slower!

Go to the Gear icon at the right end of the tool bar (next to the big +. Select it and open the eye next to the re-pitch icon.
