Unable to use “Synthesizer”

iPhone 14 Pro Max
OS 18.5
Safari

If I use a link sent to me from someone else in our group where the link is direct to a specific sheet I am able to select “Synthesizer” and listen to one line at a time.

However, if I go to “Community” => select “My Groups” => select “Sheet music” and select a score (including the example I give above where someone in our group sent me the link) I get the message “MIDI playback is not supported by your browser/platform” in the dropdown list where I expect to see “Synthesizer”.

I have tried logging out and logging back in. I have looked around for any settings.
But since I’m able to access it on the same browser when I’m sent a link, I find it difficult to believe it’s not supported. It is definitely supported because everything is the same except how I got to the page.

I’m at a loss.
Any ideas, suggestions, support is appreciated.

Comments

I thought / assumed I was using Safari when I selected the link sent to me.
However, after looking closer, the link is in an application called “Line”. And I’m not sure if it’s actually using Safari or something like it’s own browser.

Sorry to have bothered everyone.

I just downloaded Google Chrome and then logged on.
It works fine. I am able to login, select any of our group’s sheet music and am able to select “Synthesizer” without a problem.

So I guess that the problem is as simple as it Doesn’t work with Safari.
