Musescore 4 does not jump to coda
Hello,
I am struggling with getting MS4 to reliably "Jump to coda" in my score ("5Bananas.mscz", included here). My settings are the same as in another test score I downloaded ("Test DS al CODA2Bis.mscz", I include it here). However and misteriously, in the test program playback correctrly jumps to coda whereas it does not work in my score.
Anybody has an idea of why and how to fix it?
Thanks a lot,
Mario

For me, both the D.S. and the To Coda worked in both your files.
It's usually worthwhile to specify your computer's operating system and version, and MuseScore's version. You can get all three simultaneously by clicking on Help / About MuseScore from the main menu. Then click the copy button (two pieces of paper) next to the "Revision" number. Paste that into your post. It will look like this when you paste it.
OS: Windows 11 Version 2009 or later, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.5.2-251141402, revision: ac9d3bc

Thank you, here is the version info:
OS: Windows 11 Version 2009 or later, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.5.2-251141402, revision: ac9d3bc
Works as intended for me with 3.7.
Did you not press the "Play Repeats" button in the playback controls panel?

Thanks. Yes, "Play repeats" is enabled in the playback control panel.
The 2 scores plays correct with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. and MuseScore 4.5.2
Thanks for the replies to my post! Well, today it worked fine, the only difference is that I let the piece play uninterruptly instead of clicking ahead on the score to get faster to the To Coda, go figure!
