Opening MS in fulls screen
Okay, so another question: Is there any way to have MS open in Full Screen, or at least to open so that it fills up the entire window so no other open windows that are open behind it can be seen? I've been looking for this option in the menus and can't find it. I'd just like it to open in this way, rather than have to resize the window each time I open the application.

Have you tried F11?

I know what F11 does. What I meant was is there any way to get MuseScore to open in a full or fuller screen so no open apps can be seen behind it? Is there any way to set the size of the app's screen/window to a certain size?

I understand what you meant. With MuseScore open, what happened when you hit F11? You also may need to drag edges bigger. Once it is full screen, it should always open that way.

Hello. Meant to get back to you sooner. I can't even drag the screen edges. When I place the cursor over them nothing happens. Any idea what I might be getting wrong?

How about a corner, instead.

no, not even any corner of the window.

How about the full screen icon in the upper right?

Yes, that works, but if I exit MS while in full screen the app still opens in less than full screen, if that's what you were asking.
But I just noticed that it open in less than full screen, with the upper and left side flush with the dash (I'm using ubuntu). If I click the mouse in the title bar and move it to the left it expands to full screen as well. But even if I close it in full screen it never opens up in full screen.
