notation (press N) not functioning well

comparing with Musescore 3, the notation (press N button) is flexible and not annoying. Musescore 4 notation is not flexible, after pressed N the palette is still there, and the size is too big!!!!! even i adjust it into smaller but it will auto reset. hope it will be solve as soon as possible
