Add support for inputting non-mersenne prime nested tuplets

As far as I know, its impossible to create the attached notation (thumb.jpg) using only the musecore UI.

Once in there, musescore can edit it, display it, and even play it back without any issues, it's just inputting that doesn't work.

All I want is a toggle in the Tuplet > Other dialog so that I can choose whether a tuplet applies to my whole selection as one thing or to each individual item in my selection, where the latter is the only way it works currently. Something vaguely like the attached mockup.jpg
