Muse Sounds Flute slurred notes sound the same as non-slurred
See attached score -- a simple 4/4 score at 100 bpm using "Flute 1" muse sound.
I start with repeated D eight notes, some slurred, some not: they all sound identical.
Then I try non-repeating notes, both quarter notes and 16th notes. One bar is with no articulation, the next with the notes slurred. I literally can't tell the difference -- it seems like the default performance for flutes is always slurred/legatto (except tbh, for the repeated notes, which don't sound legatto).
I turned off the reverb to hear it more clearly.
FWIW I also tried a few other articulations. The marcato sounds great and you can really hear the tonguing. The staccato also works as expected. The "accent" works reasonably well, and at least stops the notes from being slurred, and is close to what I would expect from a non-slurred flute.
When I try two slurred phrases back to back, tbh, none of the articulations sounded great to produce the effect of two musical phrases back to back...

AFAIK, slur playback doesn't work for any muse sound. Some sounds have a legato sound flag.
