CinePerc not downloading to MuseScore Studio
Hi
I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. I paid for CinePerc on Sunday, May 11, 2025.
Here is the exchange I am having with Muse Hub, but they are not replying.
I'll attach some screenshots that went with my emails.

Here's my latest investigation.
One time I opened MuseScore Studio and an Error Note showed up immediately:
Cannot read file CinePerc
Unknown file type
I uninstalled CinePerc.
Reinstalled CinePerc.
The instruments NOW show up in : Muse Hub - Instruments - CinePerc.
The FILE TYPE is SPX Audio File VLC
This does not play. And it is not seen on MuseScore Studio Plugins.
Not sure what to do next?

And when I go to MuseHub on my Windows 11 computer here is what shows up: (PS you can see at the bottom left I've downloaded Huse Hub 10 times

Also one time my computer said: Muse Hub sits in your system tray when you are not using it. I have no idea what that is and I don't know how to get to it.
Another place that I somehow got to and can't get back to:
Satellite Pro (my computer name) - Muse Hub - Instruments - CinePerc
This is where I found all the CinePerc Instruments with file type SPX Audio File (VLC)
But again, I don't know how to even get back here.

Re-install of most anything MuseScore related never works. I take it that yoy downloaded an instillation exe that you ran. Run a search of your hard drive for the title of the sounds.
When you are not using the HUB close it. You don't need it except for updates. Otherwise it is just sucking power.
Does anything show up in the mixer.

The instruments should be visible in the mixer.
All of this:

Is completely normal.
The files are encrypted and can only be used inside MuseScore.
The commercial MuseSounds will not work if MuseHub is not running, because of DRM.
These sounds are not MuseScore Studio Plugins, and will not shown in the plugin list.

THANK YOU! Yes, all the CinePerc sounds are in the mixer. YAY!

New problem. The CinePerc play when I add them to my score, but they do not sound/play when I play the entire score. Is that because I need to buy the other Cine Instruments in order for them all to work? Or is there something I can change to hear everything? Try m. 17
