Corrupt File HELP NOW

I was creating a score that I really need for my band until my pc crashed. I thought maybe there would be a version saved on the cloud because that's what you guys told me. But behold, A FULLY CORRUPT FILE THAT SOMEHOW ISN'T ON YOUR CLOUD OR MY PC. Fix this.
