Please try in English, as this is the English speaking part of the forum and automatic translation comes up with apparent nonsense
Rough translation for this English-language forum:
The [articulations?] we put on the notes
The [articulations?] we put on the notes stay on the side. it should be right on top but it doesn't...

Yep, that's the word where the automatic translated "OK" doesn't make any sense.
And I don#t see any articulations either, just arrows (arpeggios, moved up?)

Thank you, Jojo - I simply failed to look at the image!
@aylakaracan71
Please attach an example score (= .mscz file) which demonstrates this problem.
Use the "Choose a file" button to attach your score to a post.

An arpeggio is used to indicate how a chord (multiple notes) should be played. By default the arpeggio is always placed on the left of the chord. If you want to place the arpeggio above a chord, then you have to adjust the offsets yourself in the Properties panel.
If you want arrows above the note, you can use some symbols from the Master palette. But you will still have to adjust the vertical offset to move the arrow above the stave, and you won't get any arpeggio playback.

We were able to do this very well before and it was great to use. But now the program has stopped working for me. I think we should be able to use these signs manually.

Do what exactly?
Before what?

I want to put the OK sign exactly on the Note. as i sent an example

What is an OK sign? An arrow? And this is (still) just an image, we'd need a score. an mscz file

This is not what I want

WE. NEED. A. SAMPLE. SCORE.

In the image
I see arrows (of different lengths?), above the staff (and notes), centered to the noteheads
There's nothing like that in MuseScore and never was. as far as I can tell.
They look like Arpeggios and you may use those but that would to have to tweak their positions manually (via theor properties), or you could use the arrowes from the symbols palette of master palette (and tweak their positions too), just as you've been told further up

Until version 4.4.3, I could drag them as I wanted and put them wherever I wanted. Unfortunately, these remain constant in this version. And that's why I use the program now.
I wrote this example I sent in version 4.4.3. This could happen.

Attach that sample score.
We won't get anywhere with images

What I want is not length or shortness. When the tip of the arrow is placed on the full note...

The top of those arrows are not on the full note, but above staff and centered to the notehead.
Whatever, once again: we need the score, the .mscz file, else we won't go anywhere with your issue

What should I do to restore version 4.4.3?
In reply to What should I do to restore… by aylakaracan71
Just download (from https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/releases/tag/v4.4.3) and install it (uninstall 4.4.4 first).
When using Windows you could instead use the PortableApp, in parallel to the installed 4.4.4...
But first attach your score here!

ok. Thank you 4.4.3 I will restore

4.4.4 was problematic for me

We understood that long ago. But still need the score (the mscz file) to see what went wrong and whether it can get fixed or worked around

Do I need to send you the link? I can't understand you either.

You did attach images, .png files, so apparently know how to attach files.
But see How To attach a file and do the same with your score, the .mscz file
