Unlike the version 3, creation date, today's date and modification date (available in header/footer as $D, $d and $M respectivly) format are 'MM/DD/YY' and does not macht anymore current local/language.

For 4.0.2 it is planned to just use the ISO date YYYY-MM-DD
For 4.1 a more complete fix is being considered
