Polyrythms over multiple measures?
Im trying to have a fivelet over two bars and I cant do that without a tie (it looks bad). Is there a way to just write it so it goes over the bar line?

You'll have to split it into two tuplets and then use some tricks for visual representation as MuseScore can't do tuplets over barlines.
See this triplet example:

Gavin Harrison made use of a 5:4:3 groove as an independence exercise. And for your 3 person juggling, each person would have a different pattern to think about, like one person would be responsible for 4 and 11, and other 7 and 11 then one more for 7 and 4. Counting them out on a grid would be very difficult, but I'm sure it's doable
