Expected behaviour: MuseScore keeps the custom header settings I defined in the style file when I apply them.
Actual behaviour: The Header sometimes gets reset to the program's default after I change between scores.
Comments
Regression vs. what other version?
Sample score/style file please.
Any idea when it works and when if fails, any pattern there?
In 3.5 and previous versions I did not encounter this issue.
I have attached one of many styles that have this issue, and my style-testing score. The score did have this issue before I fixed it (manually changed the style settings again).
I will try to make observations where it fails, but for now it seems random.
I might guess this relates to either #315003: Customized style settings for font size in 3.5 are reset to 3.5 default upon import into 3.6 or #317585: Loading an MSS file that changes the default style version doens't apply new defaults until reload, potentially changing some settings

That's possible, though I'm fairly certain I created these style presets in 3.6..

I've found more information on this bug: It actually resets all text presets to the default, but it's only noticeable (with my styles at least) with the header because 1. The header and footer are 2 of the only texts you can't edit directly on the page, and 2. The footer in my styles uses the same text settings as the default. If I now were to set e.g. the score's title to the (style) default, it would revert back to the MuseScore default.
