Dear Responsible,

I have a Lenovo laptop with windows 10 64 bit OS, I am facing a problem with sound when trying to use the application all the time.
The sound is not working at all.

What does " my laptop even doesn´t recognize the file properly" mean? If you can't access the synthesizer, it usually means MuseScore can't recognise your sound device. That's why the manual has you look at the I/O settings. What seems to be causing problems lately is bluetooth headphones or speakers. They seem to work best if you turn them on first then start MuseScore. Another problem can be an external audio interface.
In general try having your computer disconnected from anything external, bluetooth or not, get sound through computer speakers first. Then you know sound works. Then add things on.
