Play Panel, Navigator, and Piano Keyboard not saved to workspace

Steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Edit the workspace (View>>Workspace>>edit). Check the "GUI components" box and save.
2) Open the following GUI components under "View": Palettes, Play Panel, Navigator, and Piano Keyboard.
3) Close and reopen Musescore.

Expected behavior: MuseScore opens with all GUI intact.

Actual behavior: MuseScore opens with only the Palettes GUI.
(This is an example. This happens to any project, with any combination of GUI.)
