Do you still see the same issue if you start by double-clicking an existing score? If that works around the problem, that could indicate a problem caused somehow by some interaction with the Start Center. And in that case, you could then further workaround by turning off the start center in Edit / Preferences.
Thanks Marc. I was able to get into the app by starting with an existing score. I also updated my preference in the Start Center to "Start Empty" and the app comes up. Appreciate the help and the quick reply.
