MuseScore crashing after placing a time signature

So, I was trying to mark measure numbers, time signatures, all that stuff, but then whenever I tried to save my progress, the app crashed. I figured out why it crashes, and it's because of the time signature that I am placing. I tested placing notes down and placing a key signature and then saving, nothing crashing, but when I place any type of time signature and then save, the app crashes. I don't know what is causing this. I have factory resetted and that hasn't worked. Anyone know how to fix this?
