- Select the single measure containing two notes.
- Click Tools > Regroup Rhythms.
- 2nd of two notes is deleted.
Marked as major just because it's destructive. No workaround that I could find.

The bug seems caused when applying to command in combination with the rest before the triplet.
If you add a measure and select only from the start of the 2nd triplet, it remains. As soon as you include the rest before it, it vanishes.
Tried it with preceding rests up to 1/512th.
