Cut time is not shown in Timeline if selected after the common time

S4 - Minor

Current 3.0. dev. 042d5b4 / Windows10

1) "Untitled" score
2) Enable timeline (F12)
3) Select the 4/4 default time signature -> double-click on Cut time symbol

Result: Cut time displayed in score, but failure in Timeline: 4/4 always displayed

And vice versa:
4) Add another time sig (eg 3/4, or 6/8) -> Double-click on the cut time symbol.
Result: it works. But:

5) Select the cut time -> double-click on 4/4 time sig

Result: new failure: 2/2 always shown in Timeline AND the same 2/2 appears on the score

So, after checking with the debugger, it seems that after changing it to cut time, it still is 4/4 time signature, which is what the timeline uses. I was able to replicate each of these issues.
I'll assign it to me for now, but I think we need to find which commit added this bug as it might be before the timeline.
