Mismatch between small and normal staff, probably #277039: small staves incorrect bar lines

I'm actually not concerned with the 2 different sizes of staves; the double-bar lines are all good except the top one (circled). I'm curious why it's extending down so much.

Sorry for the correction:
This is an Final barline (thin-thick).

the extending staff lines past the double barlines is noticeable, but my picture also shows the top double barline extending downwards quite a bit for no reason.
It seems you have barlines in that staff set to extend to the next staff. To change this, right-click the barline, choose "Select->All Similar Elements in Same Staff", and then uncheck "Span to next staff" in the Inspector.

Na just a grammar issue :). Span, as a verb, does not "span to" it spans "from _____ to _____." Span is just a poor word to use here.
