Hi need help Mousescore 3.0 When you play on the keybord and follow notes in MoseScore they don't follow the screen - the line you play is ok the next line only appears when the first note is played

Hello, I am not completely sure I understand your question. Are you using the Continuous View when playing back your score? If so, you can go to:
Edit > Preferences > Advanced
Scroll down to smoothPan/enabled and check the box to the right.

Continuous view allows you to view your score as a single system without line breaks.

If you, in addition, enable the smooth panning feature in the preferences, it will be easy to follow the notes during playback.

Thank you very much now it works fine - is it possible to move notes - so not that it plays notes - but just like simply piano there are notes that run from right to left ?

If you have enabled the smooth panning feature in the preferences, that is as close to the function of Simply Piano as you will come.
